From idea to the machine

At Bcode d.o.o., we offer fully flexible and personalized machine manufacturing. With several years of experience, we offer you the development of design, program (automation), electrical plans, pneumatic plans, machine assembly, machine commissioning and start-up.

Dizajn

Everything starts with the design, along with the material inventory and the plan for the assembly of the machine, during the design itself we work with the customer and constantly adjust it.

Constructing

Once the 3D model is complete, the machine is assembled. The construction itself takes place in the Bcode company.

Automation

Automation is done with B&R controllers, which make the machine work automatically or semi-automatically. We use a tablet, smartphone or PC as a graphic interface.

Testing

The machine must be tested, all components must be tested and each individual process must be checked in the software as well as on the machine. All machine characteristics are also checked.

Start up

When we are sure that the machine is flawless, we hand it over to the customer. We also test the machine at the customer, and demonstrate how to operate the machine. Each machine also has instructions for use.
