Pasteurizer

  • Graphical interface

    Simple graphic interface for quick setting of parameters and monitoring of the pasteurization process. All pasteurization data is saved for later review.

  • Adjustable flow rate

    The pasteurizer adapts to the juice temperature and viscosity and automatically adjusts the flow rate according to the input parameters.

  • Modularity

    The system can be installed on older pasteurizers as well as on new ones, the pasteurizer itself can be used without the system.

Flow

The flow is adjustable, the maximum and minimum flow depends on the size of the pasteurizer and the characteristics of the juice. The smaller pasteurizer has a flow rate from 1.9l to 4l.

Automation

Setting the power of the heater and the minimum flow, warnings in case the juice is below the optimal temperature.

Modularity

Upgrade of an existing pasteurizer.
