Working method

First we define the machine, cabinet, PLC platform, communication, existing documentation and the purpose of the change or diagnostic task.

Signals, power supplies, I/O points, program logic, safety circuits, communication, wiring diagrams and real machine condition are checked.

Documentation, PLC program, integrated visualization, cabinet change, test procedure or a custom software tool is prepared.

The result is checked with measurements, functional testing, commissioning, reporting or continued support during system operation.
